The Fundora story was born out of frustration: Bradley is looking for access to recognized private equity funds. Not as an institutional, not through a private bank, but as an individual investor. but access is locked. €100,000 tickets, qualified investor status, legal complexity, opacity. The frame is locked. Digging in, Bradley and Alan discovered that the problem was not commercial, it was structural.
Instead of bypassing the system, they decide to understand it. They analyze legal mechanisms, constraints, professional fund structures, and the requirements of management companies. They see that there is a solution: create an intermediate, shared, compliant investment vehicle, capable of investing indirectly like a professional while bringing together individual investors, through management under mandate.

The Fundora Team
Fundora now relies on a team of around twenty employees, bringing together complementary expertise in finance, legal structuring, compliance, technology, marketing and investor relations. Our strength lies in this transversality: profiles from private equity, asset management and private banking work alongside tech and product experts, to build a robust, secure and fluid infrastructure.
